We always work very closely with our clients throughout their planning phases to ensure that our contracts meet their requirements with precision.

We have a direct national contract with The Range (Wilko), not only maintaining their stores, but carrying out all small / planned works and managing / installing their Iceland’s & Café 89’s.

Our sub-contracted works are currently for the following companies,
Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Greggs, Next, Argos, Homebase, Boots, Co-op, Tesco and David Lloyd to name a few.

Regarding other contracts, we have a site SLA in place at Hamble Aerostructures, carry out projects for Colas Ltd (Portsmouth City Council) for various surfacing/construction works, we have also worked within Portsmouth Dockyard and on the Portsmouth Sea Defences for Volka-Stevin and Concept.

Having over 30 years of in-house experience in all aspects of building, groundworks, deconstruction and surfacing, we ensure that all our staff are up to date with all current construction techniques and the relevant Health and Safety regulations.

We hold SMSTS / SSSTS site manager and supervisor qualifications, also where required we have, Fire Warden, IPAF, PASMA, First Aid and Manual Handling Certificates.

All site operatives have CSCS cards, and all our plant operators hold relevant qualifications.

Our current clients will gladly give references if required and we also have documentation of all our recent works.

Develotec Design & Build Ltd have been working with great success for our clients as a multi trade company since August 2015.

However, we would like to specifically draw your attention to our Electrical Contracting Division, Develotec Electrical Ltd.

Our Design team, Electrical Operatives and Engineers can provide you with a complete turn-key package from conception to completion.

The company is currently being used by clients for project management, installation, commissioning, guiding them through preventative / reactive maintenance program’s and providing emergency repairs.

Develotec are accredited with NICEIC (National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting), our operatives can provide all your commercial, industrial and domestic electrical contracting services using the most up to date components, meeting the latest safety standards and regulations. All our installations are tested, documented and inspected. Our installation works are guaranteed to give you the safe, reliable electrical supply and system you require.

Our team of qualified personnel (City & Guilds 2391) work to the current 18th Edition IEE wiring regulations and undertake our inspection and testing compliant to BS 7671, providing safety certificates with all completed tests and inspections.

Develotec can supply you with a team of qualified electricians all trained to the highest standards inclusive of JIB Gold Electrotechnical Certification Scheme (ECS).

Our office-based support staff can ensure that any projects are completed on time, within budget and with a high level of service and safety.

As NICEIC approved contractors Develotec can deliver a full range of commercial, industrial and domestic electrical contract services including, testing & inspections, Project management, Electrical installation, Electrical refurbishment, Electrical maintenance, Emergency lighting, PAT testing, Fire and smoke alarm systems, Security alarms, Data cabling, Visual / Audio systems, CCTV and Door entry systems.

We always work very closely with our clients throughout the planning phase to ensure that contracts meet their requirements with precision.

Commercial: We currently have a PPM contract directly with The Range (Wilko) carrying out all preventative and reactive requirements on its 224 stores across the UK and ROI.

Develotec have completed many projects on a sub-contract basis carrying out large electrical commercial installations for high profile clients including Sainsbury’s, Iceland, Boots, Co-Op, Adidas and West Elm.

We are contracted for electrical refurbishment and reactive maintenance for Turvey Construction Ltd to provide its large client base of hotels and Public Houses with our professional installations and 24-hour support, which include Green King, Fayre & Square, Punch Brewery, Hall & Woodhouse, Breakspear and Youngs Brewery.

Industrial: We also have a running contract with Hamble Aerostructures at its production site at Hamble, involving large production area installations, general maintenance, office refurbishments and mains distribution upgrades.

Domestic: Our teams have completed many new domestic installations including new build properties and large stately homes. These have been carried out for private clients and local construction companies including Turvey Developments Ltd and Richardson’s Nyewood Ltd.

Some of these projects have included full home automation and intelligent switching systems. We are registered installers of mode lighting systems and our operatives have been trained to both install and program Tiger and eDIN systems.

Develotec have extensive experience in all aspects of electrical works and have ensured that its operatives are up to date with all the current techniques and relevant Health and Safety regulations as required by BS7671 / NICEIC.

We hold SMSTS / SSSTS site manager and supervisor qualifications Level 3 NVQ Diploma and our operatives have ECS / CSCS cards, IPAF, PASMA, First Aid and Manual Handling Certificates.
